At Ohio Desk, the Client Experience Coordinator is an integral part of project and client teams who support the sales process and provide exceptional experiences to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and detailed oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This position can be based in either our Cleveland or Akron location. A good fit for this role will have a strong focus on detail and customer experience and the ability to prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
• Sales support, order processing, and operations experience preferred.
• Customer service.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Detailed oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field.
• Relevant industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
