This position is responsible for baking treats to fill the bakery counter and pastry case at Grove Station. The following skills and characteristics are key to this candidates success.

*Ability to take feedback and ideas

*Ability to look up, read and follow recipes

*Ability to wotk early morning hours and to show up on time

*A Basic understanding of baking chemistry (difference between baking spad and baking powder, how to work with eggs and hot sauces, and other important baking techniques)

*Ability to work independently without a lot of supervision

*Interest in and ability to work with and within a team environment

*Ability to be open minded to new thoughts and ideas and supportive of all different types of people and their values

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
