• Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates, completion times, and any additional recommendations based on vehicle condition.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in areas such as auto body repair, diesel engine repair, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance.
