Requirements

The Ideal Service Consultant Will Have:

· MUST have at least 2-3 years' experience as a service consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility

· Knowledge of CDK software is a benefit but not required

· Excellent customer service and communication skills mandatory

· Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers and high CSI

· Strong multi-tasking and organization skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Verifiable work history

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Strong verbal - communication skills
