Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will provide financial leadership to the Lifestyle Markets Industry, predominantly supporting the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) and Powersports industries along with support for our SetPay product (a short to long-term installment loan solution). This support includes pricing, planning, profitability and financial process/controls oversight including all pricing specials, rebate structures, marketing campaigns, OEM buydowns, and retailer share agreements. This role is key in working cross functionally with the Sales, Marketing, BD, Legal, Credit and Ops teams to achieve its strategic objectives and meet its annual P&L plans for OPE and Powersports.

Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as financial leader for the OPE and Powersports industries
Lead pricing and profitability analysis for new and renewing deals
Partner with cross functional team to maximize growth potential, optimizing profitability and risk trade-offs within the competitive and economic environment
Understand key contractual terms and ensure financial modeling is properly reflected.
Develop sensitivities and ensure all material risks and compensating mitigates are disclosed
Monitor profitability for ongoing deals
Monitor quarterly LIBOR actions
Execute on annual reprice rights if appropriate
Ensure adequate controls (Controllership, Sales, Marketing, ACM, Pricing) are implemented for all contractual terms including everyday pricing, specials, spiffs, marketing funds, loyalty funds, and collectively all retailer share agreements and incentives
Partner with cross functional teams to meet strategic, profitability and operating objectives.
Lead the annual OP process and ongoing forecast and analysis
Monitor and analyze promotional strategies, loyalty, marketing and value prop offers to recommend changes to drive maximized outcomes
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or lieu of degree, 10 years equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of FP&A and financial modeling experience.

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
