Set Designer designs motion picture or television production sets, signs, props, or scenic effects. Prepares scale drawings for use in construction, modification, or alteration. Being a Set Designer may require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Set Designer relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Designer II’s support assigned engineers and other technical positions by providing technical support and translating technical concepts into documentable technical solutions related to water/wastewater projects. They will also translate technical notes, sketches, electronic data, and/or other drawings into neat and organized drawings and packages that clearly communicate the technical solutions designed to the project team and client.
