Established in 2005, North Country Hydraulics, Inc is a veteran-owned and operated hydraulic repair and machining facility located in the Littleton Industrial Park. Our mission is to provide professional hydraulic component repairs with a fast turnaround so we can keep hard-working people and their equipment moving. We are a family-owned small business that is quickly growing and looking to add the right people to our team!

North Country Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Shop Hand, who will be responsible for assisting with shop cleanliness, maintenance, and other hydraulic repair tasks. No hydraulic repair experience or tools are required - if you come with a great attitude and are driven to learn, we’re happy to have you!

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrate punctuality, arriving on-time each day
• Carefully load and unload customer items and deliveries
• Help keep the shop and yard clean and orderly
• Clean and pressure wash components prior to repairs
• Occasionally assist with hydraulic component repairs
• Assist with maintaining company vehicles and equipment
• Learn and understand our mission

Skills Needed to Win:

• No prior experience necessary
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, or forklift operation is considered a plus
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Must be reliable & dependable and work well with others, including fellow team members and customers
