Job Summary
We are seeking several single-needle skilled and dedicated Sewing Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction and demonstrate proficiency in operating sewing machines. This role involves fabricating and sewing various types of garments, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet design specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process and implement solutions effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with various types of fabrics and their handling is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
