PRIMARY DUTIES: Project manager to municipalities or public agencies; Supervise and coordinate projects; Develop engineering solutions for improvement of their infrastructure; Design transportation, utility, facility, or hydraulic systems or structures; Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and impact; Design activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations; Attend regularly scheduled public meetings in the capacity of Municipal Engineer, or Land Use Board Engineer. Prepare and present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, project status reports and developmental review projects; Provide technical advice on design, construction, or capital program modifications; Support of field construction inspection staff;
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSES REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field from an accredited college or university. Three plus years of experience in related field or hydrologic work preferred. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to field visits and client meetings as required.
