Software Engineer -

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications utilizing C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features while actively troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay current with industry trends to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience - ready to put your knowledge to work.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Excitement to explore modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or others.
• Understanding of version control tools, such as git, to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Confidence in consuming and creating APIs to power dynamic applications.
• Skill at writing and optimizing queries, designing efficient databases, and working with stored procedures.
• Excellent problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently when needed.
• A natural communicator and team player, ready to collaborate and build amazing things with us.
• Must be able to travel occasionally to meet with clients or team members.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Bonus points for experience with Esri GIS development and related software.
• Python knowledge is an added advantage.
• Versatility with additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, especially Azure, is highly desirable.
