Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving process. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damages
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
- track inventory and update records
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies
- Operate order picker or reach truck to retrieve stock from warehouse shelves
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse for efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and packaging techniques
- Ability to operate order picker or reach truck is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
