Beyond A Resume seeks a Shipping Supervisor for our biotech client in Millville, NJ.

Job Overview: Responsible for shipping, receiving and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute standard operating procedures for receiving inventory, receiving and processing returns, picking and packing, and shipping along with the proper Quality Assurance checks.
• Track fulfillment metrics such as shipping cost/order, packaging material costs and customer service levels.
• Plan and budget receiving, shipping and inventory management costs including infrastructure enhancements.
• Implement system improvements, KPI's, integrations, programs, and procedures for order processing, inventory control and employee development.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping carriers.
• Assign orders to team for picking/packing.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and inventory tasks to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Ensure conformance to product specifications, cGMP’s and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience with Sage and ShippingEasy a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
