* Keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments by providing information, direction, and scheduling regarding product acceptance, delivery, and storage.

* Work with others to representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.

* Communication with carrier representative to ensure proper shipping and delivery of materials.

* Resolve issues related to overages, shortages and damages.

* Warehouse experience preferred.

* Worked in cold environment preferred.

* High School Diploma or similar preferred.

Physical Requirements:

* Requires the ability to remain seated for extended durations and engage in several hours of regular transitions between chairs. It also involves activities such as reaching and bending.

* Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.

* Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks.

* May require visiting facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing.

* May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

* Requires the use of various electronic tools.

* Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management.
