We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of goods both into and out of our facility. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect job for you!

As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and entering data into our receiving system. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring that they are properly packaged and labeled. You will also maintain necessary shipping inventory as needed.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Don't know torque tools? That’s okay, we’ll train you.
• Hate getting your hands dirty? This might not be for you.
• Must carefully package and ship delicate equipment
• Must attentively receive packages and enter details into software, document any discrepancies or damages in shipments
• Must have excellent organizational skills

Qualifications & Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Goal-oriented, team player

· Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role a plus

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies

· Proficient computer skills

· Must be computer literate – 35 Words Per Minute

· Ten key recommended

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
