Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
Our Laconia, NH client is now hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. You’ll be in charge of shipping finished goods and receiving components for a well-established medical device company. If you have at least one year of related experience, are forklift certified, and like a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you! 
Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

• Ship goods on time to meet customer requirements
• Prepare all necessary documentation for US and international shipments
• Receive and inspect incoming product
• Keep inventory updated in ERP system for production planning, accuracy, and traceability purposes
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain 5S principles in all work areas
• Follow all FDA and ISO 134985 specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and with fellow team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
