Who We Want:
The primary responsibility of the Shipping Coordinator is to support oversight of Plant Materials staff members to ensure they are properly trained and following procedures set forth by the Materials Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. They have responsibility to assist in supporting the Customer Service Supervisor to achieve departmental objectives and customer satisfaction. This includes supporting the management of inventory levels, on-time shipment of finished goods, warehousing/shipping of goods, and customer service.
