- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all goods shipped, with no errors.
- Must evaluate safety performance and make continuing strides for improvement.
- Responsible for employee relations, keeping the workforce motivated and satisfied.
- Assure consistent and fair treatment of all DC employees while enforcing all Company Work Rules and policies.
- Adhere to all company work rules.
- Adhere to all safe machine operating rules and practices
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Use or wear all assigned safety equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:- Supervises shipping employees within their value stream
Experience, Education, Certifications and Licensures:- Must be able to work a shift of Wednesday-Saturday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
- Associates degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or one year to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Must be able to perform basic math functions.
