About The Opportunity

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily communications with customer service and TL/LTL carriers via telephone, fax, websites, email, etc.
2. Daily processing of outbound single parcels (UPS, FedEx, etc.), pick lists, bill of lading, customs documents.
3. Coordinate outbound freight with our customers and their agents.
4. Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations.
5. Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including verification of quantity and quality of all shipments.
6. Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification andsuitability for storage/shipment.
7. Perform cycle counts of various products, components and supplies, as needed.
8. Communicate daily with the production department regarding production schedules and other projects.
9. Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report.
10. Participate in all physical inventories.

Education/Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification.

Work Experience
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience
