- Prior experience working with Shopify, Customer Service Management Platforms (like Gorgias, Zendesk), Inventory Management Platforms (like Orderhive, Trade Gecko, Stitch Labs, Ecomdash).
- Fluency in English.
- Can work on all 5 workdays of the week (Monday to Friday) between 9 am to 5 pm EST.
What you’ll do:Order Fulfillment Coordination:- Monitor special shipments/tracking numbers.
Warehouse Coordination:- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager on orders to be shipped/returned.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to manage and refund orders (via our software interface: Loop).
Shipments Monitoring:- Handle all Freight Claims and customer chargebacks.
- Get in touch with FedEx Hot Line to solve shipment issues/delays.
- Use FedEx Ship Manager software to create custom labels (for international shipments).
