The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, accountability, a solid work ethic, commitment to excellence, ability to multi-task and a strong background in recruiting. Business analysts seek to improve processes for departments and the entire company by analyzing existing policies and systems and making recommendations for improvements.

This role is responsible for planning, designing, certifying, and implementing efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Responsibilities include familiarity with PeopleSoft for analyzing, validating and improving business processes, creation of functional requirements and detail design specifications in support of functional enhancements and major software development projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
• Generate and compile reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues or recommended improvements to - or new requirements for - business processes and operational procedures
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders
• Interview stakeholders, gather and compile user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle
• Plan, design, and deploy effective test plans and scripts for in-house software application development, information system launches and operations systems enhancements
• Test new software applications and functionality
• Performs regression testing of existing software applications and functionality
• Participate in developing user documentation and training material
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Management, or Management Information Systems

Experience Requirements:

• Five years experience in software systems design, process analysis/re-engineering, project leadership and user contact
• Experience in Microsoft office
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Occasional travel required to domestic & international locations
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and passport
