About the Position:

Are you looking for extra cash for the Christmas season?  Rowe Casa is in need of seasonal help for our evening shift through the end of the year (December 30th, 2023).  While we cannot guarantee employment past December 30th, if you are a high performer, there may be opportunities for permanent employment.  As a member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that customers’ products are picked, packed and shipped with top quality and care. This position is part-time Monday – Friday, 6:30pm – 10:30pm.  Additional hours may be available.  This position is located at our facility in New Boston, TX.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Pulling products from the stock shelves
• Scanning products within order to ensure accuracy
• Wrapping and boxing the order to ship
• Ability to meet or exceed fulfillment goals

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Understanding of a shipping environment
• General knowledge of using a computer
• Safety minded
• High attention to detail
• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Have understanding mailing/shipping packages
• Able to recognize and sort packages accordingly
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in a shipping environment.
