Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus
