Our company has 2 showrooms and a warehouse /slabyard which provide service to commercial and residential projects. Our product portfolio includes a tremendous selection of the premium quality porcelain, natural stone, hardwood, glass mosaics and slabs that reflect our passion for quality artisanship and innovative design.
The requirements and the responsibilities of this Assistant Showroom Manager / Design Sales Consultant position include, but not limited to
-2 year(s) experience required. (Preferably in the interior design, building industry)
- Answering phone calls
- Processing orders and billing
- Maintain the showroom's organization
- Preparing regular reports to update management on sales pipeline and customer inquiries
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Work with interior designers, architects, builders ,and contractors, homeowners to maintain existing relationships
- Providing superior customer service during all facets of the customer relationship
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- QuickBooks knowledge highly preferable
- Well-organized, and with a taste of design
