Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor Monitor flow of customer traffic and manage customer sign-ins Optimally communicate appointment policy and monitor all location appointments booked to ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and smooth flow of showroom operations Ensure accurate scheduling to accommodate customer preferences and optimize showroom capacity Update and maintain salesforce service territory with correct staff and associate proficiencies Assist with administrative tasks as required, including but not limited to cash drawer reconciliation, customer payments and credits, calendar management for showroom events and trainings, etc. Regularly clean and maintain coffee machine and other refreshment areas to ensure a fully stocked, tidy and inviting environment for customers Qualifications: Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education. Experience in sales and customer service Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
