The Part Time Showroom Usher is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons while they are attending events in our casino showroom. Duties include assists guests with seating, attends to any guest questions or disputes and resolves problems in accordance with casino policies and procedures as directed. Works closely with internal departments in a positive and professional manner, takes direction from Showroom Coordinator as needed and ensures guests have a pleasurable experience. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department director. This position starts at $16.81/hr and moves to the standard $17.39/hr after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period.
