Hours: 15 hours/week - Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays from 2:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This part-time role will involve engaging with customers, managing transactions, and maintaining an organized store. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about kratom products and their uses.
• Assist in receiving and processing shipments.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
• Ability to learn and explain product information clearly.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays from 2:30 PM to 7:15 PM.
