Job Description:

At Allied Tour & Travel, we are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Shuttle Bus Drivers. As a Shuttle Van Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting passengers from various cities to join our extended motor coach tours at a central meeting point in Omaha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding the shuttle van.
• Safely store passengers' luggage and ensure it is secure during transit.
• Drive to designated cities within a 100-150 mile radius, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist passengers with exiting the van upon arrival at each destination.
• Transfer luggage from the shuttle van to the tour coach.
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle van at all times.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the journey.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check and physical examination.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger sprinter or van.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for driving and interacting with people.
• Previous experience in customer service or transportation is preferred but not required.
• CDL is not required.
