Renaissance Equity is seeking a well qualified candidate to fill a full time, On-Site Superintendent position at one of our garden style apartment complexes. As an On-site Superintendent, you are the bridge between our residents and our Management Office. You are the First Responder to maintenance problems and emergencies so reliability and good communication are vital. As an On-Site Super you would be provided with an apartment on the property as part of your compensation. Superintendents are required to be part of a rotating on call schedule for Holidays, Nights and Weekends. Supers are compensated with overtime for any on-call work performed.

On-Site apartment will be provided contingent upon the completion of a 90 Day Probationary Period of Employment. The apartment will not be available for the Super's use until after the 90 day evaluation has been completed.

Experience:

Must have at least five (5) years maintenance & repair experience and be highly skilled at plumbing, carpentry, plaster/spackle, painting, tile work and general electrical (outlets, switches and fixtures). We are seeking a self-motivated, hard working, trustworthy individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player who works well with others, but also independent and able to handle tasks with limited direction.

Qualifications:

Experience in Building Construction & Maintenance. Live-In experience preferred.

Fast-paced work environment requiring excellent work ethic and strong self-motivation.

Must be well organized with great verbal and written communication skills.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
