Work Environment

• Need to have at home office/ WFH set up
• Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Frequently stand and walk within the facility.
• Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.
• Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers

Please note, this position will be hybrid to start with the expectation of a transition to full onsite presence.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Pharmacy).
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant, preferably in a pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy setting.
