Six Sigma Quality Program Manager leads and manages Six Sigma projects. Plans and develops guidelines, targets, and standards used for monitoring and measuring results. Being a Six Sigma Quality Program Manager incorporates Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives. Coaches and trains teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Additionally, Six Sigma Quality Program Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Typically reports to a director. The Six Sigma Quality Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Curriculum and Program Quality Coordinator is responsible for creating a culture of Achievement, Relationships, and Belonging for every youth within our programs. The Curriculum and Program Quality Coordinator will assist in improving and maintaining all afterschool program’s quality, oversee and develop all curricula for youth development-related programs and events, and train and support thirteen site coordinators and after school sites.
