Six Sigma Quality Project Administrator manages the daily activities and coordinates the tasks of Six Sigma project teams. Utilizes guidelines, targets, and standards to monitor, measure and analyze results. Being a Six Sigma Quality Project Administrator guides and supports cross-functional teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Requires a bachelor's degree.     Position Overview
    As the Project Administrator you will, manage the commercial life cycle of contract construction documents for all projects within the region.

    Key Responsibilities
    Assist with the overall management of project contract construction documents for projects. This will include budget, drawings/specifications, invoicing, estimate, safety, quality, procurement, project schedule, subcontractors, equipment, change orders to name a few.

    • Manage any and all revisions and keep job files up to date.
    • Provide assistance with organization to help with project execution.
    • Assist project supervision with buyouts, document control, drawing revisions, etc…
    • Ability to provide current information regarding Regional projects completion status.
    • Maintain overall contract integrity for construction projects.
    • Assists with updating budgets and cost controls including cost allocations to departments or project segments.
    • Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
    • Assists with contract buyouts.
    • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • 5 years experience or training in the construction industry required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Construction Management
      preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Management skills required. Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and clearly communicate expectations with staff.
    • General understanding of construction industry and project accounting.
    • The ability to correspond with clients and engineers in a professional manner.
    • Understands state and local requirements concerning sales/use tax.
