Slot Club Shift Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of slot club representatives during an assigned shift. Creates and implements training programs for all new employees. SUMMARY: Position requires thorough understanding of company policy and procedures, goals and objectives; while ensuring they are properly communicated to department staff. Assure that all guidelines of the FSST Gaming Commission policies and procedures, as well as Company Internal Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of Slot employees and promoting guest service.
Requirements: HIgh School Diploma or GED. Must have 3 years slot experience and supervisor experience. Must be 21 yrs and able to obtain an FSST Key Gaming License.
Starting Wage Scale: $24.00 - $27.84 per hour
