Slot Operations Manager manages and directs the daily operations of the slot department. Reviews electronic gaming device reports and adheres to federal cash reporting requirements. Being a Slot Operations Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Slot Operations Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. We are searching for a Gaming Floor Attendant / Security-Graveyard shift who will maintain the gaming floor integrity via customer service, gaming promotion support, jackpot payouts ensuring the safety of our establishment, and safeguarding both employees and guests.
Additionally, the ability to deliver high-quality customer service is essential for success in this role. Must have or be able to obtain a SD Gaming License
Responsibilities
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Check surveillance cameras periodically
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Provide and assist in hand pays and gaming jackpot wins

- Perform gaming floor attendant duties required from the gaming supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
