Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for the shift supervision of the slot department and functions.
Essential Functions:
Accountable for all operations and shift activities of the slot department.
Monitors the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to Casino White Cloud’s policies and procedures.
Plans and administers daily shift activities and employee breaks and lunches.
Enforce compliance with all laws and regulations related to gaming.
Ensure slot machines are maintained and kept in proper working order,
Make personnel decisions regarding slot department employees.
Handles customer complaints/concerns.
Assist the slot staff in processing fills, jackpots, verifications, and related duties when necessary.
Identify machines requiring technical support.
Assist with machine installation.
Make slot machine repairs as needed.
Responsible for providing a high level of guest service on their shift.
Any reasonable request made by management.
Meet attendance requirements of the job and adhere to policy and procedure.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
Perform all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
MOD duties as requested by Management.
