**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives
- Create engaging and original content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting, ensuring consistency and quality
- Utilize Canva and other design tools proficiently to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize social media strategies
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, scheduling, and content writing
- Proficiency in Canva and other design software
- Motivated, self-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to attend events and networking meetings as required, including some evenings and weekends
