As Digital Coordinator – Social Ads Specialist, you will be a part of a team that collaborates with our digital campaign specialists, sales managers, and ad ops teams to launch and optimize social advertising campaigns for optimal performance. This position reports into the Social Advertising Product Manager to support the Social Advertising Division in Social Media campaign fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to, the fulfillment of incoming orders, providing strategic and tactical recommendations for outcome-based campaign success, building ad creatives (including images, videos, and ad text), proactive QAs for running campaigns, and managing tickets internally and externally.
This role requires a person who has exceptional attention to detail, is highly organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills, and can easily be stretched across several tasks with varying workflows, processes, and timelines. This role is based out of our Irving, TX headquarters office. Hybrid opportunities are available.
· Serve as a knowledge expert for social ad fulfillment, creative, campaign management, and reporting
· Work in a ticketing and a project management system to QA quality and manage workflows
· Support and monitor Social Advertising campaigns to include optimization activities and performance enhancements using data analytics
· Implement a variety of types of Social Meda Advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
· Create images, video and ad text that drives success based on a variety of primary optimization goals including lead gen, phone calls, landing page views, etc
· Configure custom conversion tracking configured through tools such as Google Tag Manager and Meta’s Conversion API
· Optimize campaigns for outcome-based success, including conversion-based optimization for businesses in a wide variety of industries including home improvement, ecommerce, event marketing, and more.
· Provide proactive campaign reviews focusing on ways to improve campaign performance and discover avenues for increased revenue growth
· Identify opportunities and methodologies that enhance our processes
· Adapt to a continually changing social marketing landscape
· Meet with Digital Optimization Specialists, sales enablement, sales teams, and/or advertising clients to overview campaign metrics, provide campaign recommendations, troubleshoot issues, etc
· Work alongside a team to create better cohesiveness between Sales and Product to build a better experience of campaign operations for both clients and internal employees/partners
