Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment. Duties: - Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing Experience: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices - Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) for creating visually appealing content - Familiarity with advertising principles and experience running paid social media campaigns - Understanding of SEO principles to optimize social media content for search engines - Experience managing brand reputation on social media platforms - Basic video editing skills for creating short promotional videos or GIFs - Photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media posts - Web design knowledge is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions If you are passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, and enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends, we would love to hear from you.
