Social Media Analyst collects and analyzes data related to social media marketing campaigns. Analyzes social media data to identify patterns and trends. Being a Social Media Analyst monitors social media platforms to determine how a new update or feature impacts audience behavior or content performance. Identifies opportunities for campaign optimization and provides recommendations to improve targeting and messaging. Additionally, Social Media Analyst creates and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Harps General Office has an immediate opening for a full-time, in-house Social Media Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and is a creative thinker who can capture
multiple brands by planning and creating content that builds brand loyalty and user engagement.
Job duties of this position will include:
• Develop and execute an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer
engagement metrics.
• Create engaging text, image and video content.
• Monitoring social media channels for industry trends; ability to understand historical, current and
future trends.
• Interact with users and respond to messages, inquiries and comments.
• Review analytics and prepare monthly reporting.
• Collaborating with marketing team.
The best candidate for this job will have:
• Associates Degree, or higher, in Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and
scheduling platforms (i.e. Hootsuite, Sendible, Soci, etc.)
• Ability to execute a results-driven social media strategy.
• Ability to maintain brand voice across various social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and location pages.
• Familiarity with Apple iMacs.
• Ability to leverage resources, whilst also knowing when to ask questions.
• Slight addiction to coffee.
• Basic knowledge of digital photography.
• OCD level of organization, preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctuality- 8-5 Monday-Friday on-site is required.
• Knowledge of grocery retail, a plus but not required.
