Social Media Analyst, Sr. collects and analyzes data related to social media marketing campaigns. Analyzes social media data to identify patterns and trends. Being a Social Media Analyst, Sr. monitors social media platforms to determine how a new update or feature impacts audience behavior or content performance. Identifies opportunities for campaign optimization and provides recommendations to improve targeting and messaging. Additionally, Social Media Analyst, Sr. creates and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Social Media Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Role: - Help Desk Analyst 3 - 731903 (100% Onsite)
Contract: Until 06/30/2024 (with possible extension)
Location: Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 E Broad St 14th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215Description: Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of information to respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems, including, but not limited to:
Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.
Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required.
