Position Summary
The Saltdogs utilize multiple LED display screens, including a new 60-foot big screen to play graphics, live video, replays, and promotional videos produced to enhance the fan experience. Dog Pound Productions also streams the live video production of every home game online.

This position will assist the Video Production Manager with numerous projects, as well as being part of Dog Pound Productions during home games during the 2024 season (early May to early September). Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Game Day – Pre Game and In Game

• Pre-game meeting with NEBCO, Inc. marketing department and Lincoln Professional Baseball General Manager to review game day duties, responsibilities and goals for the home game.
• Obtain batting practice video’s and photo’s for usage by Social Media Team ( You, Director of Broadcasting and NEBCO, Inc. marketing department).
• Prepare posts for in game social media posts that are approved by Lincoln Saltdogs General Manger and Director of Broadcasting along with NEBCO, Inc. marketing department.
• Obtain video’s and photo’s of all pre- game time activities.
• Obtain video’s and photographs of player action shots during the game
• Obtain video’s and photographs of all in-game and on-field promotions along with crowd/stadium pieces.

Game Day - Post Game

• Assist in capturing post-game player interviews and player celebrations.
• Obtain video’s and photo’s of post game promotional events.
• Prepare posts/graphics for post game social media posts.

Non Game Days:

• Assist NEBCO, Inc. marketing department along with Lincoln Saltdogs Director of Broadcasting to discuss, prepare social media graphics and posts to promote upcoming home games.

EXPECTATIONS:

• You are an extension of our Front Office and we expect you to commit to providing exceptional customer service to our customers at all times while assisting and respecting your colleagues.
• Be committed to learning and gaining knowledge about our industry to set yourself up for future success in our industry.
• Full commitment to be in Lincoln in May, 2024 (exact date determined by your specific college and your completion date of spring classes/finals) and to be present at all 50 games.
• Be a sponge to absorb the knowledge, training, experience and opportunity you are being given.
