Euro USA is seeking an experienced, skilled, creative, and energetic Social Media Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing successful social media strategies. Experience in media and social advertising communications, brand building and reputation management is needed. This opportunity will establish and grow our digital marketing capability to drive new business growth. In this full-time position you will work with management to plan and implement social media posts, marketing and advertising activities. A strong Graphic Design background is preferred. Passion for food is a must.

• Create and publish engaging monthly content on various social media platforms.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and customer behavior data to shape marketing strategies in the digital ethos.
• Current or relevant aptitude of today’s social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into social media strategies.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media activities.
• Content Stacking Strategies experience preferred.
• Collaborate with management, marketing and sales teams to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
• Support other marketing and company initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Paid Media, including planning and managing content.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze metrics.
• Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms that resonate with the target audience and aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
• Understands digital marketing concepts, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and copywriting skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure social media content is error-free and consistent with the brand's style and guidelines.
• Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
