Plato’s Closet is all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. We’re a nationwide unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings – we buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys.

Plato’s Closet in Greenwood, IN, is looking for a style conscious, customer service oriented key holder and social media specialist. A key holder and social media expert will be responsible to run the store professionally when the manager is away, as well as create content and engage with followers on our social media. The right candidate will be available to work days/nights and weekends.

Responsibilities will include creating social media content, interacting with followers on the store social media accounts, ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, attending the fitting rooms, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, buying and pricing merchandise, opening and closing the store/registers as shift manager, and any other tasks associated with a key holder position.

The right candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Have a great sense of fashion and love for clothes
• Great customer service and communication skills
• A phone with a working camera
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle customers with sensitivity
• Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy
• Must have flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must
• Must be able to effectively communicate the Buy Policy to our customers
• Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure completion
• Must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation
• Compensation is based on experience. For key holder position, some retail experience is necessary. Previous key holder experience preferred.
