The Entry Level Socia Media Specialist supports the organization’s mission to provide superior quality, lasting value, and outstanding customer service through the day-to-day workflow processes that affect Holiday Builders. The Social Media Specialist will develop and publish content through social media platforms connecting with audiences, building brand awareness, and achieving marketing goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/experience

High School Degree or equivalent required.

Entry level position

Associate and or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

2 years Social Media experience

2 Graphic Design experience (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva)

Extensive knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Houzz, etc.

Skills/Abilities

Requires:

• Strong customer service skills
• Possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design, and internet applications
• Prioritize work, problem solve and follow through to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Detail oriented and resourceful.
• Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demands

Able to lift, push, or move 10 to 25 pounds without assistance.

Requires the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies.
