Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our marketing team as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in visually representing our brand and communicating our mission of aiding veterans through the VA claims process. We're looking for someone who shares our dedication to serving those who have served our country.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and print materials, that effectively communicate our mission and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that raise awareness of our services and drive engagement.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in marketing or graphic design is preferred but not required.
