Social Media Communications Specialist jobs in Worcester, MA

Sterilite is looking for a talented Social Media/Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing group. The ideal candidate should be creative but also detail oriented with the capability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. The ability to effectively communicate a consistent brand message externally while internally communicating ideas and plans to a diverse internal audience will be key to being successful.

Other skills required include but are not limited to the following –

• Social Media - Expert in running social media campaigns on various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, Hootsuite, and LinkedIn.
• Run Reports – Use Google Analytics to report on Social Media and Website activities.
• Ratings and Reviews - Use our ratings and review platform, BazaarVoice, to answer consumer questions while working with internal groups like Customer Service, Marketing or Engineering.
• Writing - Skilled at effective writingto express company’s views creatively, and write concise copy that speaks to our audience.
• Creativity– Ability to create (or manage the creation of) content that’s exciting, valuable and relevant while staying on a desired brand message.
• Project management– Efficiently manage projects across multiple tools and disciplines.
• Strategy development– Create and drive a strategy that is meaningful and keep a calendar of events.
• Result focus– Be able to articulate a goal then track and communicate the results while improving where necessary.
• Self-motivated– Need to be a driven individual who can effectively work across multiple disciplines. Stay up to date on latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Potential to work from home up to 2 days per week once fully trained.
