We are a boutique plastic surgery practice seeking a creative individual to assist in marketing our surgery and medspa services. Creativity and an eye for aesthetics are required. Videography, graphic design, photography, and post-production editing skills are all bonuses!
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan to develop scalable and results-driven strategies to drive new patient appointments, generate revenue, and increase patient engagement
- Implement marketing programs to support marketing and brand objectives across all channels: Digital Advertising, Social Media, Print Collateral, Email, Website, Video, and Clinic signage
- Develop strategic plans, budgets and KPI’s for multi-channel campaigns
- Oversee the development of campaigns/monthly projects
- Create and analyze metric reports on marketing campaign performance and business impact by pulling data from Google Analytics, digital channel platforms, and CRM (NextTech)
- Collaborate with website marketing company and clinical team on monthly content topics for blog posts and optimizing SEO
- Manage integration of content to ensure the alignment of messaging across all channels to support retail operations, new products, and new services for the medspa
- Support the management of video production for YouTube and website videos
- Plan quarterly marketing timelines, including scheduled monthly medspa and membership promotions, promotional campaigns, and new marketing initiatives
- Ensure all marketing specialists, media endorsers, and outside partner vendors are fully onboarded and maintain brand standards
- Ensure all vendors have our company branding and that we are reflected on all vendor websites
- Proactively monitor and study new industry trends, competition, and drive new marketing opportunities
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in internal and external events
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Assist in luxury brand development
- Create engaging and entertaining content to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth
- Regularly engage on social media to build following/presence
- Produce, shoot, and edit video content
- Produce, shoot, and edit photo content
- Plan and execute a social media content strategy on multiple platforms (IG, FB, Google Business, YouTube, TikTok)
- Monitor ongoing professional presence on social media
- Plan paid advertising campaigns for IG and FB
- Promote products and services
- Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns to expand company’s reach and potential customer pipeline
- Develop unique and creative marketing ideas
- Keep marketing aesthetically consistent across all various touchpoints
Frequency and Time Allotment:
- Create monthly posting calendar for Social Media
- Create graphics and post to Social Media daily (IG & FB)
- Post to stories 1-5 times a day
- Create medical spa promotions and giveaways for social media with ROI’s and review KPI’s monthly
- Be the point person for all website related communication including quarterly business reviews to review analytics and SEO’s
- Create and submit min 1 new blog post per month
- Maintain all SEO traffic and Google my Business traffic with monthly reporting
- Plan and execute quarterly digital media budget for Google Ads/IG Ads and FB Ads
- Price and create all medical spa print marketing materials and signage
- Update website monthly with new content pages, landing pages and services pages with photography
- Maintain CRM data and meet monthly to review with Dr Lee to strategize leads
- Create phone scripts for FOH to maximize over the phone booking
- Maintain trackers for MedSpa follow ups
- Create and oversee pop-ups for website to drive traffic
- Create and oversee landing pages for campaigns and events
- Coordinate all marketing campaigns from vendors and brands with our posting to inform patients of vendor specials
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
