Position Summary: The Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) develops and implements the John I. Haas companywide marketing communications strategy. The MCM creates, implements, and oversees all communications, internal and/or external, that effectively describe and promote the Haas organization, brand, and our portfolio of products. This includes website design, press releases, social media, and all advertising etc. The MCM oversees the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and lead product launch marketing.

Conditions of Employment:
1. Must comply with all John I. Haas, Inc. policies and procedures, including successful passing of pre-employment background check and drug test.
2. Must comply with our Integrated Management System (IMS) and be trained on procedures applicable to the requirements of the position, including managing significant quality, environmental, and food safety aspects.
3. Works a 40-hour workweek with occasional additional hours on nights and weekends. This position is not eligible for overtime pay. Some domestic travel required.

Pay: $84,160 to $126,240 per year with a target starting salary of $84,160 to $105,200. Please keep in mind this range represents the range for all positions in the pay grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including experience and if applicable, location.
