The Email Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist will work collaboratively with the senior email marketing manager, client account manager, and internal teams to ensure accurate, visually appealing, and timely delivery of email marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

The Email Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure the highest quality for our email communications before distribution. This role demands a detailed review process to confirm that each email complies with content, design, and regulatory standards. The responsibilities include:

• Perform user experience (UX) tests to guarantee intuitive and engaging interactions in emails.
• Verify compliance with laws and regulations related to email marketing, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
• Ensure emails adhere to the client’s brand guidelines and standards for consistency and professionalism.
• Conduct thorough checks on all email links and functionalities to provide a seamless user experience.
• Guarantee message and communication strategy consistency across all email campaigns.
• Review email copy for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and overall quality.
• Ensure the visual appeal of emails and their consistent rendering across various devices and platforms, including dark mode compatibility.
• Understand and enforce industry best practices for engagement and deliverability.
• Test emails to minimize spam risks and improve inbox placement.
• Lead market research to adapt to trends in email client, browser, and operating system usage, optimizing email engagement.
• Explore and test the latest interactive technologies and trends in emails to enhance subscriber experiences.
• Maintain and update the quality control (QC) checklist to cover all aspects of email production and review.
• Confirm offer relevancy for the target audience to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Uphold creative integrity by ensuring emails align with the creative vision and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive spam score tests to reduce emails being filtered as spam.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
