An energetic and social-media conscious individual, with experience creating content that gets noticed on a variety of different platforms. We want people who enjoy and take pride in their work, and stay up to date on current trends to market our product in clever, unique and attractive ways.

About this job:

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Manager, and Founder to create social media content that is engaging and matches our unique brand. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and exercising your creativity daily, while being a part of our woman-owned and operated community. Our company has a loyal and loving fan base that appreciates engagement from us!

Location/Hours:

We are based in Snohomish, Washington, where we have our flagship retail store and warehouse. Our office hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm at our warehouse location. This is an onsite position starting at 3 days per week and can turn Full-Time if/as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to create and post daily original static and video content on Malicious Women Co’s social media channels that convey the brand ethos and showcase our products. This will include user generated content videos and posts, branded memes and quotes, product posts, and behind-the-scenes posts from our warehouse and retail shop. 
• Film video content for IG and TT using trending audio clips.
• Work with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to populate a content calendar with ideas and sales promotions for the quarter.
• Constant self-education and improvement on the latest social media trends and tactics.
• Manage our comments and engagement on all platforms daily, and cultivate influencer relationships using Collabster /Instagram prospecting.
• Work with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to create and send newsletters twice a week.
• Various additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 YEARS of experience and a proven track record of creating unique content that generates engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.)
• MUST BE ABLE to provide links or a portfolio of previous Social Media static/ video posts. • Excellent verbal and written skills.
• A positive outlook and appreciation for our Founder’s message of female-empowerment. 
• MUST be an expert with all aspects of CANVA and publishing to all social media outlets. 
• Being comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and creating video/photo content on multiple platforms.
