Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise and participate in the Electronic Gaming Device / Sports Wagering Kiosk drop..
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures and internal controls.
• Assist and supervise in cleaning and upkeep of equipment.
• Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the Live Gaming Device drop boxes to determine, by table, the amount of the drop and the win.
• Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the BV boxes.
• Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the non-gaming drop.
• Assist the Count Room Supervisor with daily operations, employee scheduling, and performance evaluation process.
• Prepping archived paperwork for shred
• Assist in the Receiving Department, such as making deliveries to departments and receiving inventory from delivery trucks.
• Assist in non-gaming functions, such as Facilities to maintaining property
• Assist in banquet and concert set-up and break down
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience Required: Experience in all Count Room activities including, drop collection, mechanically assisted counts, maintenance of equipment, weigh scale operation and knowledge of documentation involved with transfer of funds to Main Bank. Prior cash handling experience.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to perform mathematical equations, knowledge of all regulatory requirements and ability to effectively interact and provide directions to employees.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently on a daily basis. Ability to remain in one position for long periods of time. Able to work varied hours, holidays and weekends.

• High School or better
